Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an X (Twitter) account to download?
No! XDownloader connects anonymously to public high-speed CDN backends. No login, password, or account registration is ever required.
Why is XDownloader faster than other downloaders?
Most download websites are loaded with countdown timers, intrusive popups, and slow overloaded proxy scrapers. XDownloader was engineered for pure performance with direct multi-tier CDN probing and zero ad clutter.
Where are the downloaded videos saved?
On the web, videos are saved to your browser's default "Downloads" folder. On the Android App, videos automatically index directly into your phone's Gallery / Photos app (Movies/XDownloader).
